2013年4月2-5日，聂辉华应邀参加英国皇家经济学会年会（RES annual conference）。本次年会在Royal Holloway College, University of London举行。聂辉华在会议上报告了与合作者的论文“The Impact of Political Cycle: Evidence from Coalmine Accidents in China”。
